Pancakes without flour

The flourless pancakes are a must if you are gluten intolerant or want to change your diet. These flourless pancakes are gluten free, lactose free and refined sugar free! You only need 3 ingredients to make these pancakes, we warn you, it's a delight!

Instructions for use flourless pancakes

Preparation time : 10 minutes

Portions: 6-7 pancakes

Ingredients:
45g oats
1 peeled banana (90g)
3 tbsp. tablespoons and a half of milk
1 pinch of salt
Cinnamon

Instructions for flourless pancakes:

  1. Grease a pan so that the flourless pancakes do not stick.
  2. Mix all the ingredients with a mixer then pour ladles of dough into the greased pan.
  3. As soon as the pancakes are sufficiently cooked, turn over and cook for an additional minute. If you want to do more, you can freeze the leftover pancakes

TIPS:
