The flourless pancakes are a must if you are gluten intolerant or want to change your diet. These flourless pancakes are gluten free, lactose free and refined sugar free! You only need 3 ingredients to make these pancakes, we warn you, it's a delight!
Instructions for use flourless pancakes
Preparation time : 10 minutes
Portions: 6-7 pancakes
Ingredients:
45g oats
1 peeled banana (90g)
3 tbsp. tablespoons and a half of milk
1 pinch of salt
Cinnamon
Instructions for flourless pancakes:
- Grease a pan so that the flourless pancakes do not stick.
- Mix all the ingredients with a mixer then pour ladles of dough into the greased pan.
- As soon as the pancakes are sufficiently cooked, turn over and cook for an additional minute. If you want to do more, you can freeze the leftover pancakes
